It features an impressive speaker lineup and provides a networking opportunity for individuals working in learning and development and HR. The event has been held annually at Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh, and before the pandemic, it was the fastest-growing UK Learning and Development Conference outside of London. The event was initiated to fill the gap for such an event in Scotland, catering to the professionals in the HR and learning and development industry based in the region.
